Mortgage Elimination Project
Now that the renovations have been completed, it is time to eliminate the mortgage! We are launching a one year Mortgage Elimination Project. Paying off the mortgage will hugely impact our annual budget, yearly operating cost and potential for expanding our impact to families in Ephrata. Our goal is to pay off our mortgage. Funds normally used for the principle and interest payout will be freed to use for expanding vital ministry focuses.
News flash on 1/25/18...We are excited to announce as of January 2018 we have met our goal of eliminating the mortgage!! We want to thank all who have generously participated in this project. A celebration is being planned and will announce it here as details emerge!
